1st Kisvin Koshu 2013
It is the first vintage Koshu of the winery.
The acidity and fruits became moderate.
I felt a very fine essence of the fine grape and good minerals.
It was very good for the dishes today.
I am sure again Kisvin Koshu is a very good wine.
2nd Obuse Winery Sogga P&F Le Un Cinq Merlot 2015
I felt very nice red and black berries, dense body and silky tannin.
It showed a very good marriage for the sauté sauce today, which was cooked by mustard and red wine.
I am sure again Obuse is an outstanding winery.
