I received Mr. François & Mrs. Craudia BROUARD, the owner of Chateau Fongrave in Bordeaux, today.
We went to Ginza SKY with Guy-san, who is friend of them, and had a very nice buffet lunch.
We tasted Kizan Sparkling Wine made from 100% Koshu with the buffet.
It was so tasty, very good for the buffet especially vegetables.
Guy-san put vegetables a lot!
Later, he took a same volume dish again!!
We also enjoyed a lot of desert, too.
It was so nice lunch.
