Mar. 22
I organized a wine seminar for Ginza SKY, which is the main dining of Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Premier.
The theme today was Japan Wine.
I talked about its history, outline, character, etc.
I led a wine tasting to compare Japan Wine with France Wine and California Wine.
Good job!
In the evening, I joined to a wine tasting party with my old wine friends at Y.W.C.
We brought a bottle of recommended Japan Wine each other.
The highlight today was Kirinoka Reserve Riesling Lion 2016, which was a bland-new wine produced by Mr. Minoru Numata at Takahashi Vineyard &Winery in Iwate.
It was very tasty. I felt vivid-blight fruits, rich-fine minerals.
Mr. Numata joind with us tonight and talked about his passion for the wine making so hard, too much so hard :>.
It was a wonderful time to taste fine wine and good foods talking with old friend at ease.
Thank you very much!!
