It was the second day in my ski trip.
The slope condition was fine.
I skied on the hard slopes a lot.
Then I was very tired.
I finished ski before afternoon.
Then I went to Echigo-Yuzawa and had a very fine Soba lunch at Nakanoya.
The local soba, which is cold “Hegi-Soba”, was outstandingly delicious.
After lunch, I went to Andra Montagne, which is a fine restaurant hotel in Shiozawa.
Mr. Mippa Shioda, who is the owner & chef old friend of mine, and Banji Shioda , a son of Mippa ,welcomed me.
I saw a remodeled main dining.
There is a new chef’s table.
Banji will go to Austria next week to study wine making for a while.

Finally, I moved to Echigo-Yuzawa station and had a nice sushi dinner with local wine.
