I cooked Matou-Dai at first time.

It is made from 100% Chardonnay grown by natural method.
Oh! It’s delicious! Super delicious! Ultra delicious!
I felt very clean fruits, fine citrus and very comfortable minerals.
Also I could find some charming honey flavor.
I think it has very high cost performance.
It was very, very good for Temaki-Sushi today.

It is the final remainder price.
We must clear the all stock of Nouveau later this year.
However, I am sure that the taste is just in peak now.
I felt very elegant red berries, silky tannin and comfortable long after taste.
So tasty!
It is a very fine red wine.
I want to recommend this strongly!
