I was invited to a gorgeous Italian wine dinner at Ristorante Laciau in Tamachi.
The theme today was Radikon, a very popular winery in Friuli well known by Orange Wine.
I am sure again Radikon’s Orange wine is outstanding, very delicious.
We tasted Coco Farm Koshu F.O.S., which is Japanese orange wine, too.
Every dishes are so great.
A big Funghi Porcini!
White Truffe!!!!!
Radikon’s red wine were also very fine, very delicious!
Especially, Modori 2003 was outstanding!
It’s made from Pinot Noir.
It was one of the best Pinot Noir wines I have ever tasted.
It was a great experience for me.
