A big typhoon is approaching!
It was a day-off but I have been working all day long…
1st Cescon Prosecco Vino Frizzante Sample tasting
I tried to taste an another new sparkling wine from Cescon.
It is a Frizzante, a low gas pressure sparkling wine.
It is also made from 100 % Proseco.
I felt very mild bubbles, charming fruits and modest minerals.
I like this very much.
The new arrivals is expected in October.

Is this drinkable?

Oh! It is still alive perfectly!
I felt still fresh red berries a lot.
I also felt good matured complex tastes.
I am sure it is a very fine old vintage.
Regret…
