When I had oysters or seafood, I often chose this Languedoc white wine recently.
The wine was very popular at the seminer yesterday.
It showed very nice marriage with my cook today.

It is made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown in Languedoc.
It has very fine fruits and mild tannin.
It was very good for Acqua Pazza today.
