It was a day-off.
I went to Mt. Oyama.
It was so fine day.
I enjoyed nice mountain atmosphere very much.
I went to a shrine and a temple at the mountain.
I had Tofu cuisine lunch, which is a specialty dishes in Oyama.
They were so nice.
After I came back home, I cooked a part of dinner.
Seafood Cocktail
The main dish today was “Heads & bones of fishes cooked by soy sauce”.
The heads & bones were left from the fishes of Temaki-Sushi two days ago.
They were so nice.
1st Domaine Pech Pouille Chardonnay 2015 1500 yen
It’s one of my most favorite white wines as house drink recently.
I love this elegant fruits.
2nd Bellecourt Pinot Noir 2015 1200 yen
It’s one of my most favorite red wines as house drink recently.
It has a so nice elegance even though Pinot Noir made in South France.
