I met this winery in Minervois when I was traveling in Languedoc one year ago.
I was impressed in the high quality of the wine from the winery.
I was going to buy them as soon as possible.
However, because of some reasons, I managed to receive them after taking just one year.
It is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay grown in the estate vineyards.
I felt very elegant fruits, round acidity and fine minerals.
I think it has very high cost performance.
2nd Domaine Pech Pouille Terres d’Argiles Rouge 2015 1080 yen New arrivals
The red is made from 60% Carignan, 15% Grenache, 15% Merlot and 10% Cinsaut grown in the estate vineyards in Minervois.
I felt very elegant black berries, mild acidity and soft tannins, which were typical character in Minervois.
I felt some nuance from craftsmanship.
It’s very nice wine.
I want to recommend this for wine professionals.
