This white is made in Languedoc Minervois even the class is Vin de Pays D’Oc.

I like very much this cool citrus and fine minerals.

It is blend of Vermentino, Viognier and Roussanne.

It is an outstandingly fine and tasty white wine in this class.

2nd Le Petit Saint-Jacques Rouge 2013  1230 yen

The red is also Vin de Pays D’Oc made by Domaine Saint-Jacques D’Albas in Minervois.

It is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Grenauche.

This blend is not allowed for AOC Minervois, isn’t it?

I felt very elegant and dense fruits.

After taste was super comfortable.

It was so good for steak today.

I used a big Burgundy glass for this red.
