I cooked dinner.
I got a very fresh Suzuki, a local sea fish, and cooked sashimi.
I grilled the skin of fish, too.
Green Salad
The main dish today was lumb.
I rosted it with a lot of rosemaries.
It’s also very nice!

I chose this fine Japanese Koshu wine for Sashimi.
They made a very fine marriage.
I got a big success.

I chose this fine Japanese red wine for Roast Lamb.
I love this very impressive red acidity.
It was also very, very good for lamb today.
I got a big success, too!
