I cooked the dinner.
I got a fresh snow crab and madai.

1st Chateau du Nozey Sancerre 2012
It is an upper class Sancerre of this fine winery.
I love this well-honed minerals and feverously elegant fruits.
Super delicious!
2nd Domaine Paul Pillot Chassagne Montrachet 2013
It is an outstanding Chassagne Montrachet.
I can’t believe it only a village AOC.
I’m alive in order to taste such kind of outstanding white wine.
I was happy that I was alive.
It was super good for the seafood today.
3rd Domaine Heresztyn Gevrey Chambertin１er cru Les Goulots 2007
It showed an ultra-fine maturing touch.
It’s a really beautiful Burgundy.
This winery is not so glitzy but have a very good sense of stability.
I never found any bad taste and flavor.
It’s an outstandingly delicious Burgundy.
I tasted super-ultra-fine wines today!
