It is a truly elegant red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir.
It’s a dry type wine but I felt very nice sweetness like a strawberry comport.
It has both richness in Languedoc and elegance from sea breeze.
I am deeply sure that it was an outstanding Pinot Noir in this class.
