I received Mr. Hans Schroder from South Africa.
He is the big boss of Pangolin, Lingen, The Grail and Stark-Conde, etc.
We have kept a very good relationship since 1995. Long time!
At first, I took him The Cellar Roppongi.
He is also the big of Essay, the best seller wine in The Cellar Roppongi.
Then we had a nice dinner at YWC.
We enjoyed very much for a nice marriage of Lingen and Venison Steak.
Then we went to Hotaru, a very nice Japanese restaurant in Azabu-Juban.
They have been dealing Pangolin as their house wine.
It was the first time Hans had come here.
We enjoyed very fine sashimi as a desert. (?)
Hans looked to be very happy to see many people enjoying to taste Pangolin.
We took a photo with Mr. Inoue and Miss Setou, the manager and member of staff.
