The leek banana in the garden bloomed all at once.

It’s usually a troublesome weed, but it’s really beautiful during the flowering season.

 

 

Today’s dish.

It gets cold in the morning and evening, so I changed my plans and made it a Kimuchi hot pot.

Maybe it’s the last hot pot of the season.

I’m always confused about what to open wine when it’s a kimuchi hot pot.

Today, I chose sparkling wine.

It is a Brut Nature from Penedes, Spain.

The pure and savory style gently snuggles up to the kimuchi pot.

This was a great selection.

Let’s go to the next kimchi hot pot in Trencadis. Maybe next season?
