Grilled Sawara and Sauteed Shrimp with Mashed Potatoes

There were only two dishes today. The seasonal Sawara was delicious.

Today’s Wine

Domaine Pech Pouille Blanc 2023 1,380 yen
It is a sustainable wine from Languedoc-Minervois.
I felt thick fruits flavor, mild acidity, and gentle mouthfeel.
It has a low amount of sulfurous acid and a fluffy bio-wine-like taste.
If you like crispy wines, this may be a little unsatisfactory.
I like this one.
