Mar. 15
Today, March 15th, is our 40th wedding anniversary.

It has been four years since my wife developed an incurable brain disease called progressive supranuclear palsy.
About a year ago, she couldn’t talk or eat or drink at all, and she has been in bed most of the day.
Still, she has been living a relatively calm time lately, and I’ve come to know what kind of condition my wife is like by reading her facial expressions.

When my wife was healthy, I used to go out to eat and go on trips every year on our wedding anniversary, but now that doesn’t happen.
But it is not so bad on the wedding anniversary that I can spend quietly with my wife at home.
I will continue to provide nursing care at home with the support of many people.

Today’s Wine

Kizan Wine White 2024
I was wondering what to open for the anniversary wine.
Finally, I chose Kizan wine, which my wife liked.
It’s been a long time since I’ve tried Kizan white, but it’s still wonderful.
Somehow, it has a really elegant and noble taste.
I felt a good balance and an exceptionally elegant minerality.
This minerality created by the Koshu variety is truly unique and comfortable.
After all, Kizan wine is delicious.
So, when I usually drink wine alone, I decide to drink up to one bottle, but today is special.
I also opened the red of Kizan.
What an elegant wine!
The seamless smoothness to the texture is truly elegant and elegant.
It is undoubtedly the best wine in the world made with Black Queen.
I will drink this red wine slowly tomorrow.
