We received Mr. Francois Bourard, the owner & wine maker of Chateau Fongrave in Bordeaux, with Clair, who is a daughter of Francois.
I organized his wine seminar for core clients of Cave de Relax at the tasting bar.
All of participants looked to be impressed in the high quality of Francois wines.
It was very good opportunity hearing hot information of Bordeaux from a real winery owner.
After the seminar, I took Francois and Clair to The Cellar Roppongi.
Around the shop, the cherry blossoms are in full bloom.
We enjoyed really beautiful Cherry blossoms indeed.
Then we moved to Sushiya-no-Goto and enjoyed a fine sushi dinner.
I was surprised at the marriage between fine sushi and Chateau Fongrave Rose.
They are outstandingly delicious!
