I made a big piece of Kenchin-soup.
It takes a lot of time and effort to boil the taro and remove the burdock and konjac.
But once I make it, I can use it for a variety of things, such as Kenchin-udon and Kenchin-ramen.
I plan to eat a lot of this Kenchin-soup with my sister-in-law who lives with me in about a week.
Today’s dinner is eel cooked rice.
It was very delicious.

Marquis de Beau Rond Merlot 2024 1,080 yen
I often open a bottle of Merlot with eel rice.
I sympathize with the sloppy image of eel and the sound of the word “meruro”.
Marquis de Beau Rond’s Merlot is a very delicious wine.
I enjoyed it today as well.
