It is the 7-5-3 festival today.
I’m glad the weather was nice.
Today’s dinner is Mediterranean-style Chirashi-sushi.

The vinegared rice is mixed with plenty of sweet basil and pine nuts.
For vinegar, I always use apple vinegar.

The ingredients are seared tuna, red snapper, shrimp, aji, salmon, steamed scallops, and cherry tomatoes.

It is marinated in plenty of olive oil, balsamic, and lemon juice.

Marquis de Beau Rond Pinot Noir 2022 1,380 yen
Marquis de Beau Rond ‘s Pinot Noir grapes are grown in vineyards located near the Mediterranean Sea.
In the morning and evening, the fog from the sea protects the grapes from sunburn.
This Pinot Noir has a cool style that doesn’t seem to be produced in the hot south area.
Today’s chirashi-sushi is connected to the Mediterranean and goes well together.
Oh, delicious!
