I went to Yokohama to attend a meeting in the morning.
I bought Kiyoken’s shumai at the shop at the JR station on the way back.
The sun is setting earlier.
The sunset clouds were very beautiful today.

You can buy Sakiyoken’s shumai in both the local Machida and Shin-Yurigaoka, but after all, buying it in Yokohama doesn’t seem to make you think that the Siumai is a little different.
I think it’s just my mind. . .
Today’s Wine
Marquis de Beau Rond Orange Wine 2024 1,380 yen
This is an orange wine from Languedoc.
This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer harvested in vineyards with a cool clima near the sea.
Gewurztraminer is only 8% blended, but it has plenty of presence.
The sweet aroma and flavor are impressive.
The balance of fruits, acidity, and subtle astringency is also exquisite.
It also went well with shumai.
