This seafood chirashi sushi is really delicious.

Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2023 1,080 yen
The vines of Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay is grown in the area close to the Mediterranean Sea in Languedoc.
This is also a Mediterranean wine, so I tried it with today’s chirashi sushi.
I felt aromas and fruitiness of fresh fruits, elegant acidity and minerality.
It is a truly pure and refreshing white wine.
As expected, it was perfect for today’s chirashi sushi.
