From the evening, I went to the usual day trip hot springs.
The water temperature of the free-flowing natural hot springs pumped from underground is 37 degrees. It feels good to soak slowly in lukewarm water.
After the bath, I had a draft beer at the restaurant as usual.
As always, draft beer after the hot springs is exceptional.
After the beer, I had the Imo-shochu I kept last time I came, with soda.
For a while, it is valuable to take a break from housework, nursing care, and work, and have a nice meal.
With this, I think I can do my best again from tomorrow.
