Seafood and Mushroom Doria

 

 

It’s been a long time since I’ve made a doria.

In the past, saffron rice was cooked with a show, but now it’s turmeric rice.

 

 

The cost has become extremely cheap, but I can’t find any difference in the taste of the finished product.

Today’s Wine

 

 

Marquis de Beau Rond Orange Wine 2024 1,380 yen

It is an orange wine made from Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer harvested in the seaside vineyards of Languedoc.

It takes 21 days maceration and fermentation.

It has been selling very well since the new release at the beginning of this month.

The fruity taste is accented with just the right amount of acidity and a hint of astringency.

And after all, it has a pure mouthfeel.

It’s delicious. It’s delicious.

It was perfect for Doria today.
