I don’t have summer vacation for housework and nursing care.

As I bought cheap meat at the supermarket, it was streaky and hard.
But it was delicious when I chewed it well.

Palazzi Nero d’Avola 2022 1,250 yen
This is a sample tasting of a new lot that arrived from Sicily, Italy last month.
This is the same vintage as the current stock.
I felt the flavor of red fruits, reminiscent of raspberries, and the flavors of black fruits, reminiscent of prunes, appear in a well-balanced manner.
It has an accent by the slight bitterness unique to the variety.
The smooth and light aftertaste is pleasant.
This Sicilian red wine is delicious.
It went well with today’s steak.
