Mediterranean-style Chirashi Sushi is paired with wines from the Mediterranean coast.
This Chardonnay is made with Chardonnay harvested from vineyards close to the waters of the Mediterranean.
I have two vintages, 2022 and 2023, and this 2022 is full of plump richness and rich body while retaining fresh fruits.
It went very well with today’s sushi.
In fact, I bought a lot of Belle du Sud wines with bad labels, so I can’t fit them in the cellar right now, and it’s overflowing.
I need to drink it quickly.
