Today I was on a business trip to Fukushima.

At the York Benimaru headquarters in Koriyama, I was a lecturer at wine seminar.

Regular workshops are held once a month for a total of 8 sessions.
Today for the second time, we learned about the cultivation of grapes and winemaking.

It’s a hard theme, but I’m going off the rails here and there. Excuse me.

Wine tasting was also conducted.
We compared three varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Cabernet Sauvignon.

I also conducted a simple test to check the learning outcomes.

The three students got 90 points.
There seems to be a lot of room for growth.
We did a good job.
I look forward to seeing you again next month.

While a short time waiting for the Shinkansen train back to Tokyo, I tasted a comparing the taste of Fukushima’s Ginjo sake at Morissyu in the station.

Back in Tokyo, I got off at Shinjuku.
I drank a Hoppy at the Izakaya where I occasionally stop.

Horse stabs, sashimi, cold tofu.

I was tired from yesterday’s exhibition, so I finished up early and went home.
Thank you very much.
