Today’s dinner was Temaki-sushi.
I had a Temaki-sushi alone.
Kihada Maguro, Katsuo, Houbou, Madai, scallops,Nama-Shirasu, Atlantic Salmon, Tuna-mayo, Cucumber
Temaki-sushi alone is lonely, but it’s still delicious.
Wine of the Day
al & dile Pinot Grigio 2019 1,650 yen
It is a white wine from Veneto, Italy.
Pinot Grigio harvested using sustainable farming methods is fermented by cold maceration.
The balance between clear and pure fruits, citrus acids, and sharpened minerality is superb.
Originally, it was a wine with a small production volume, but it sold stupidly in the United States, and unfortunately the allocation for Japan disappeared.
It has already been sold out, and this is the last one.
It’s a pity. It’s such a shame.
