It is so fine Sauvignon Blanc.
I love this fine acidity and fine minerals.
It is a so cool Sauvignon.
I think it is an outstanding Sauvignon Blanc in Japan.
I think it compares favorably with Loire fine ones.

2nd Clotilde Davenne Bourgogne Cotes d’Auxerre Pinot Noir 2011 2400 yen
Oh! It is an outstanding Burgundy Pinot Noir!
The aroma is so strong and fine, something similar to Oregon Pinot Noir.
However, the taste and flavor is just Burgundy, very modest and elegant.
Cotes d’Auxerre is located near Chablis.
Then I felt something north nuance.
I am sure it is an outstanding Burgundy in this class.
