Even after the heavy rain from yesterday, the clouds were thick and overcast.
It was a restless day with strong winds blowing at night.
Today’s Dish
Tuna, Avocado and Yam tartare
Salad with Prosciutto, Strawberries, Apples and Broccoli
Sauteed Pork Tenderloin and Apple with Wine Sauce with Figs
Red wine sauce with plenty of fig jam.
It was perfect for the tenderloin.
Wine of the Day
Turckheim Pinot Blanc 2022 2,100 yen
It is a Pinot Blanc from Alsace.
For wine to pair with pork tenderloin, Alsace is perfect for the image of mine.
I felt the thick fruits flavor peculiar to the variety, the gentle but moderate acidity and the pleasant minerality.
The pure mouthfeel and well-balanced are the promise of a Relax Wine.
I had a delicious dinner today, as well.
