Belles du Sud Chardonnay 2023 980 yen
It is a Chardonnay from Languedoc that I am in charge of developing and importing.
My cellar now has vintages for 2022 and 2023, and today I opened 2023.
I felt fresh and rich fruitiness, stretchy acidity and pleasant minerality.
I think the clear and pure taste is outstanding for this class of Chardonnay.
It’s a really good wine.
