Cherry blossoms near my house are in full bloom.
I went to the Tsurumi River, which flows near my house, with daimajo-sama to see the cherry blossoms.
After all, the cherry blossoms are beautiful.
Today’s Dish
Firefly-squid Sashimi
Salmon, Firefly-squid, Mozzarella, Strawberry, Apple, Pineapple, Kiwi, Broccoli and Baby-leaf salad
Cod Poiret, sauteed Shrimp and Scallops, served with Potato Gratin
I had time today, so I spent 3 hours cooking slowly.
But unfortunately, daimajo-sama could hardly eat today,too.
Wine of the Day
Chateau Fongrave Bordeaux Rose 2022 1,680 yen
A rosé wine brewed with 100% Merlot from Saint-Macaire region of the upper Bordeaux-Garonne River.
I felt berry fruits aroma, clean fruits flavor and pure acid.
It has a clear taste with a strong sense of transparency.
It was perfect for today’s salad with plenty of fruits.
After dinner, I watched the cherry blossoms at night in a nearby stream.
It was raining lightly, but it was beautiful.
