Yesterday’s rain has lifted and the weather has improved, but the temperature remains low.

My lasagna is delicious.
Wine of the Day
Kobe Reserva Chardonnay 2021 3,500 yen
It is a white wine made in collaboration with Kobe Wine and Hakutsuru Shuzo.
I also participated in the project as an advisor.
It’s been four years since then, so it’s fast.
It is made from100% Chardonnay grown is Kobe Inji areas.
It is strictly selected and produced with very little SO2, low-temperature fermentation and bottled unfiltered.
After three and a half years of aging, it has literally become a reserve style.
The turbidity caused by the non-filter has completely disappeared, and a golden glow has been created.
I was impressed in the refreshing fruits flavor and the acid that stretches well.
After all, it’s delicious. After all, the wine that everyone has carefully made with their thoughts is something different.
Also, the stock is running low.
I think I’ll buy a few more bottles for myself.
