My son and his wife came from Osaka with my grandson.
My grandson made his debut on the Shinkansen, and fortunately he was quiet on the train.
He is 7 months old and it is his first time coming to Tokyo.
The house, which was always quiet, became very lively.
My son and I tasted some sample wine from France.
It was a very good wine that exceeded my expectations.
At night, we had a Temaki-sushi party.
Temaki-sushi is more fun when there are more people.
Hon-Maguro akami & chutoro, yellowtail, Madai, Sardines, Squid, Shrimp, Firefly-squid, Salmon, Unagi, Tuna-mayo, Cucumber
The sample wine was very delicious, so we paired it with the Temaki-sushi.
The white wine was Kuratei Winery Chardonnay 2023 made from the grapes from Okagami in my neighboring town.
It is a handmade wine carefully prepared with wild yeast. It has a natural taste without any unnecessary additives.
The red wine was Obuse wine Petit Verdot 2020.
This was so wonderful that I can’t put it into words.
Anyway, it is rich and elegant. It was a wine with perfect balance and dignity.
It was a very lively day and we had a great time.
