Mar. 7
Today it was sunny for the first time in these four days.
I hung my bed out to dry and did a lot of laundry.
However, the cold north wind blew strongly, and the bed and laundry were about to be blown away.
Today’s dinner was Yakiniku.
Our barbecue is thinly sliced beef, and today it was Japanese black beef from Oita.
Thinly sliced meat is good because it’s easy to cook and doesn’t make you fat.
Wine of the Day
Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 1,080 yen
For yakiniku, after all, I chose a red wine.
So, I pulled out the classic Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon.
However, it’s been quite a while since I’ve had a Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet.
I drink a lot of white Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, and my recent red drinks were Merlot, Syrah and Pinot Noir.
This Cabernet is a very well-proportioned wine.
Fruitiness, acidity, astringency, mouthfeel, all taste elements are impeccable.
In addition, the individuality of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety is well expressed.
It’s easy to see why it has been the number one selling Relax Wine for a long time.
