No Wine Day

Yesterday marked 30 years since the Great Hanshin Earthquake.
I lived in Hoya on the Seibu Ikebukuro Line, and I vividly remember that morning.
Thirty years have passed since then.

I’m not good at fried foods, but when I was flipping through some health magazine, I found a recipe for this dish and it looked delicious, so I gave it a try.
It was a little different from the photo on the magazine, but I think it was reasonably good.
1st Cescon Ribolla Gialla NV 1,200 yen
There is also a small stock of defective cap seals.
As always, a pure and natural mouthfeel.
It’s delicious.

It is a HVE Level 3 certified sustainable wines made by wineries near Toulouse, one of France’s seven largest cities.
Toulouse is known as an industrial city where Airbus is headquartered, but it is also a little-known wine region.
I felt fresh black berry fruits, soft tannins and a pleasant aftertaste.
It is a blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Syrah.
I could have drunk more because it was delicious, but I stopped halfway through because I drank too much.
