The age of 18 is no longer a minor, but the coming-of-age ceremony is for those who have turned 20.

This is what I received from Mr. F in Sapporo at the end of the year, and I freeze half of it, thaw it little by little, and eat it.
It is very tasty. It might be better to freeze this once.
Strawberry, Hon-Maguro and Mozzarella Salad
This Hon-Maguro is naturally fished in Aomori. I tossed it with Dijon mustard.
It also went well with strawberries and mozzarella.

I bought this Siumai at Kannai Station on the way home from a meeting at Yokohama Relax.
After all, Kiyoken’s Siumai is even better if you buy it in Yokohama.
1st Chase the Grape Field Blend 2022 2,800 yen
It is an orange-type wine made by blending a small amount of Chardonnay with Koshu and Muscat Bailey-A from Yamanashi.
As it aged, the color became darker and the taste became stronger.
The nuances derived from maceration-fermentation have also become clear.

Unfortunately, daimajo-sama’s illness progressed and she couldn’t drink much wine.
So, there are many days when I only have one bottle of wine, but one bottle is not enough, so I gently open another bottle and drink a little.
I opened this one yesterday as well.
It may be better to drink it in a day.
Well, maybe it’s because of my physical condition that day.
