In Japan, it’s another three-day holiday from today.
If you took 9 consecutive holidays during the year-end and New Year holidays, 12 of the 17 days are off.
5 shifts and 12 days off, it’s kind of amazing.
For dinner today, I made a Mizutaki－Nabe.
As usual, I boiled down the chicken stock and chicken skin and took the white broth.
Come to think of it, it was my first pot of the year.
After all, it’s delicious.
1st Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021 1,080 yen
This is the last back vintage that was in my home cellar.
This 2021 vintage Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay is truly delicious.
I felt pure-natural flavor and rich-elegant mouthfeel.
It’s very different from the bottle that I couldn’t drink yesterday.
Both of the bottles have a thickened mouthfeel.
But I couldn’t drink the yesterday one because it tasted bad, but this one is really good.
The price here is less than half the price over there.
I still don’t know the price of wine.
2nd Marquis de Beau Rond Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 1,080 yen
The first bottle of Chardonnay was so good that I drank it in no time.
Then I tasted a red wine, too.
It has the promised sense of stability.
The Cabernet of Marquis de Beau Rond never comes off either.
As expected, two bottles are a lot for one person, so I stopped halfway through.
If I had drunk it normally, I would have drunk it all because it tasted very good.
