1st Misono Vineyard Petillant 2022 2,800 yen
Misono Vineyard is a small garage winery in Yoichi, Hokkaido.
It is a sparkling wine made from 70% Delaware and 30% Niagara from Yoichi Town.
It is fermented with wild yeast and no sulfite additives and bottled unfiltered.
I felt popping bubbles, thick fruit, and rich acid.
After all, Misono’s Petillant is delicious.
2nd La Croix Gratiot Picpour de Pinet 2023 2,000 yen
This year’s first foreign wine is an organic wine from Languedoc.
It has a mellow fruit flavor, a stretchy citrus acidity, and a pleasantly complex minerality.
I strongly felt that this was a very good value wine.
