At the sukiyaki party, we were planning to open some bottles of fine Japan wine, but it was canceled.
So, today I overtook the Ribolla Gialla of Veneto, Italy, which is a defective label.
It is a pure wine with a fresh and gentle mouthfeel.
No matter how many times I drink it, it is delicious.
It went well with sashimi, tofu, and eel.
