Is this Japan sake after all? But it went well with today’s Chardonnay.

Cuvée Dissenay 30% Oak Chardonnay 2023 1,500 yan
Yesterday, I bought it at the “Wine Shop Everyday” in Mitaka on the recommendation of the owner, Mr. Konno
It is a Chardonnay from Languedoc.
Oh, this plump fruits flavor is a Languedoc Chardonnay.
It is similar the Chardonnay of the Marquis de Beau Rond, I felt.
It has a slightly harder mouthfeel and has added the nuances of the barrel.
The characteristics of the Chardonnay variety are well expressed.
As I drank it, the hardness softened, and at the end I felt a much fruitiness.
Mr. Konno, that’s good. It’s a good wine.
