Nov. 25
I paid a visit to Jindaiji Temple in Chofu.
In recent years, it has been difficult just to walk around the temple for the new-year-first-visit due to the extreme congestion, so I pay the visit at the end of the year, and the first visit is slowly in February.
The autumn leaves were still in the temple grounds and it was beautiful.
I had Goma again today, and I felt radiant.
After leaving Jindaiji Temple, I visited “Wine Shop Everyday” that opened in May of this year at the south of Mitaka Station.
The owner, Mr. Kaneno, who loves wine, selects about 300 kinds of wines at any given time.
Focusing on wines in the 1,000 yen range, only unique wines are selected with the theme of wines that color the daily dining table.
There are also plenty of Relax Wine. I’m glad.
It is open without holidays during the year-end and New Year holidays.
Thank you very much, Mr. Kaneno.
Thank you for your continued support.
Well, when I got home, I wondered if I had time to cook, and today is Christmas.
When I think of Christmas, I thought it would be dumplings, so I ordered them from Uber.
Glad, I thought it was dumplings, dumplings today, but after a while, to my surprise, the order was canceled by Uber. I received an email.
Hmmm! General, it seems that you are too busy and the kitchen has a flat tire.
We often hear about Kentucky and pizza delivery having a flat tire at Christmas, but are you also a dumpling?
I couldn’t help it, so I thawed the leftovers of yesterday’s salad, the sashimi I used for the salad, and the hamburger steak I had made before for dinner.
It was quite delicious.
Wine of the Day
Marquis de Beau Rond Chardonnay 2021
It is a back vintage Chardonnay that was left due to a bad label.
This is really very tasty.
Merry Christmas!
