I thought I would reward myself for my hard work, so I decided to open a little better wine today.
Then I chose this Alsace Riesling.
It is a pure, natural, plump and elegant wines.
It is a fine wine with dignity and good balance.
After all, I like this.
2nd Johannes Zillinger Revolution Red Solera NV 3,600 yen
It is an Austrian wine I bought on the recommendation of Itabashi no Todaya.
It seems to be a famous natural winery which practices biodynamics.
Grape varieties are Laesler, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
It is said that it is aged in the Solera system, which is known for sherry, and has been aged over three years of vintage.
This is also a fine wine.
While it has a strong sense of condensation, the mouthfeel is smooth and elegant.
Strong aromas, fruitiness, acidity, astringency, spice and minerality are superbly balanced at high points.
This is delicious!
