We had a delicious breakfast of Kyoto cuisine at the hotel.
We will return to Tokyo before noon.
It’s very fine weather today.
Mt. Fuji looked beautiful from the Shinkansen.
For dinner today, I made it a sukiyaki.
The meat is domestic beef from Hokkaido.

It is a red wine made from 100% Pinot Noir in Languedoc.
This is also a long-selling Relax Original that has been imported for more than 20 years.
The current vintage is 2022, but only one 2021 remained.
Yes, it’s impeccable Pinot Noir.
I felt rich fruits flavor with red berries, clean acidity, and mellow tannins.
The aftertaste is smooth and cool.
If you drink it slowly with a large Burgundy glass, you might mistake it for an expensive Burgundy.
It was perfect for today’s sukiyaki.
