Tonight, I have an early year-end party with three seniors from the university seminar at Shin-Yurigaoka “Sato”.
For the first time, I had a course meal entrusted to “Sato”.
All the dishes are very delicious and inspiring.
I’m so engrossed in the story that I’ve only taken about half of the photos of the food.
More and more dishes will come out.
I asked for BYO wine as usual.

All of the wines were well received.
Last year’s nouveau was delicious, and everyone was surprised.
Everyone was full at the tempura (not pictured) before the sushi, but the sushi was different.
All of them are completely eaten.
It was a very fun time.
