The hot tofu cooking for dinner has been changed to a cold one.

Grilled Sanma with salt

 

 

I felt something was missing, so I finished the salt-grilled sanma with tartar sauce.

Surprisingly delicious, goes well with it.

It was perfect for wine.

 

 

 

Wine of the Day

Domaine Peche Pouille Blanc 2022  1,150 yen

It is a sustainable wine from Minervois in the South of France.

It is a blend of 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Chardonnay, but it has none of the so-called varietal characteristics.

I felt gentle fruits flavor, mild acidity and pleasant minerality.

The more you drink, the thicker the flesh feels.

This is a good wine. It’s delicious.
