It was very cold this morning.
Just when I think summer is finally over, it feels like winter has arrived, skipping autumn.

Carpaccio is made by a natural flounder from Aomori.
It was very tasty.
1st Oriol Rossell Xino-Xano Blanco 2022 1,350 yen
It is made from of 85% Xarel-lo and 15% Muscat, organically grown in the estate vineyard in Penedes, Spain.
I felt a clean fruits flavor, citrus acid, and thick minerality.
It is a good wine.
2nd Takeda Winery Rouge 2023 1,980 yen
It is the flagship of the winery made from 100% Muscat Bailey-A grown in Yamagata Prefecture.
I felt a rich fruits flavor, sharp acidity, and mellow tannin.
There is no squeaky metallicness that is common in hybrid grape varieties.
It is a good sample that Muscat Bailey-A should be this style.
It’s delicious.
