Eel rice was what I made before, frozen, and placed.

When I re-steamed it thoroughly, it was delicious.

 

 

Today’s Wine

 

 

Takeda Winery Blanc 2023  1980 yen

Continuing from yesterday, it is a wine from Yamagata Prefecture.

It is a blend of Delaware and Muscat Bailey-A.

It’s called Blanc, but it has quite a bit of color coming from Berry-A, which looks like a rose wine.

At first, the taste is very dry.

Later, a savory fruits flavor appears.

It also has a firm minerality, and it is very comfortable to drink.

I don’t feel the strong grape flavor of the Labrusca variety at all.

I think the degree of perfection as a wine is very high.

It also went well with eel rice, today.
