Meet our grandson

Oct. 6

 No Wine Day

Oct. 7

I went to a two-day, one-night private trip to Osaka.

For the first time, daimajo and I took the Shinkansen train with a wheelchair.

With the help of the station staff, I was able to use it smoothly.

We stayed at a hotel next to Shin-Osaka Station.

My son and his wife came with their son.

Daimajo-sama was very happy to meet our grandson for the first time.

She was also able to hold him.

Great!

Today’s dinner was in the hotel room.

In the shopping district of Shin-Osaka Station, I bought sushi, takoyaki, and kushiage.

The wine was a white wine from Languedoc that I bought at a supermarket in a shopping district, and Montepulciano from Australia that my son gave me.

It was Osaka’s famous takoyaki, kushiage, which were freshly made takeout, so it was very delicious.

The sushi was also very delicious.

Above all, Montepulciano was wonderfully delicious.

After enjoying dinner and daimajo went to bed, I had a dry martini at the bar on the top floor of the hotel.

The day ended safely.

Thank you very much.
